RULES & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to all orders at www.passionice.com (hereinafter referred to as "webshop"), which includes all purchase agreements that apply between the consumer and Passionice AB , hereinafter referred to as "Passionice". We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before placing an order. These terms can be updated and varied because we ask you to read the terms and conditions before each order you place in the web shop.
A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Passionice to the email address you provided. If an item happens to be out of stock before the status has been updated correctly in the webshop, you will be notified by email. We can then suggest an alternative, or cancel the current order. If incorrect price information has been displayed on the webshop, you will be offered to either buy the product at the right price or cancel the order. Passionice reserves the right to refuse or terminate a purchase contract for fraud or other acts similar to fraud, such as the illegal use of others' credit cards, may be suspected.
To order in the webshop you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. Passionice assumes that minors who make purchases at www.passionice.com, send truthful information about their age and / or have the necessary consent from their beneficiary to buy the item (s). If not, the buyer may be liable for any costs that an invalid agreement may entail.
PRICE & PAYMENT
We work with an Authorized Payment Service Provider (PSP) to process your personal information in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS developed by international credit card companies such as VISA and MasterCard. All transactions are sent via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) in encrypted form and all card details and payment information will be protected and processed with a high level of security.
The prices in the webshop are current prices and can be changed at any time. Passionice is not bound by price indications in the webshop that the buyer reasonably or obviously needs to understand is inaccurate and which, for example, has arisen due to technical issues in the web platform or the prices that have been tampered with by the customer. The prices are including local VAT and are paid in the currency specified in the webshop. For non-EU customers, your local customs authority may be subject to additional fees, customs duties and other charges for your imports at current prices. Payment can be made by credit card, direct debit invoice or that can otherwise be instructed in the web shop. If payment is subject to validation and / or authorization by a card issuer or bank or for credit validation, each Order Confirmation is subject to such validation or authorization. CAMPAIGNS AND DISCOUNTS
All promotions with reduced prices are for a limited time. Several offers cannot normally be combined. A discount code or coupon is only valid once per customer and purchase. As long as nothing else is stated, the code is only valid at regular price (not sales) and cannot be combined with other discounts.
In case of obvious misuse of offers, such as coupons and promotional codes, we reserve the right to cancel the current order.
On orders that are eligible for a gift or discount, the value of the gift / discount is considered a general discount on the total amount of the order. If part or all of the order is returned for exchange or repayment, the value of return goods and the purchase price minus the relative portion of the total discount will be recalculated only.
Promotions and discount codes apply only to new orders and cannot be applied retroactively.
We always strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Normally, your order is processed within 1-2 business days after your order confirmation and can be expected to be delivered within 6-9 working days within Sweden and 6-15 working days on international orders. Delivery times are only estimates and can take longer than normal during high season (eg Christmas, Black week and other promotions). In case of delay of delivery of more than twenty-one (21) working days after the estimated delivery time, you can cancel your order subject to written notice to us. In that case, we will be responsible for the delay and repay the amount for orders to you. If the order has already been shipped, you must first return the product to us before such credit can be made. The shipping cost will be stated in the order overview before you submit your order.
We currently deliver to most countries but may not deliver to certain countries outside the European Union. If you have an inquiry as to whether we send to a particular location, please contact our customer service. Please be aware that orders can get stuck in customs and charge, for orders outside the European Union. You are requested to inspect delivered goods upon delivery and report any discrepancies found.
We offer you a 14-day return on your purchase, calculated from the date the items has been sent or items must be returned packaged in their original packaging in an unused and salable condition. As soon as we have received the returned items, we make a refund. .
If you find that an item delivered by us to you is defective, you should contact customer service as soon as possible with a formal complaint, in order to receive a replacement delivery or, if that is not possible, a refund. The same applies if you identify that a product has been damaged during transportation or if you identify other deviations in the delivery, eg. that the number of goods or product model delivered does not match your order. Returns below will be sent to customer service or to the other address specifically instructed by us. Upon return, the risk (for loss or damage upon delivery) is on the customer.
DELIVERY & RETURN

Therefore, always make sure that you are in SEK when you order within Sweden.
- Your order will be delivered to the address provided when ordering at www.Passionice.com
- Always double check that you enter the correct address. If you have accidentally entered an incorrect address, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
- Delivery usually reaches 6-9 working days in Sweden.
- We usually always send with Postnord. - Free shipping for all order in Sweden orders and 175sek for order outside Sweden

- We do not currently offer free returns.
- A return product must always be returned with its patch, lying in its bag and of course being in an unused condition.
- We have a 14 day return policy. All orders placed between November 30 to December 23 will have an extended return policy. These orders can be returned or exchanged until January 7th.
- Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending back any items.
- We have a processing time of up to 14 working days on returns - when we receive your goods you will receive a confirmation of your mail.
- We do not refund the original shipping of if you return an item.

- If a package is not retrieved then you may have to pay a handling fee.
- We will not credit any items that have been used, stained. Kindly consider this if you intend to send back the items as they will send with a postal fee.
If you want to make a complaint contact us at email@example.com as soon as the damages are noticed. Then we ask you to send clear pictures of the possible error and your order number.
When a complaint is made, we must examine the goods / goods and make an evaluation before we can help you further. If the complaint is approved, we stand for the return cost and replace the product with a new, or equivalent, product. If this cannot be done, then the benefit or refund is offered.
